SHIPPING
Essential to our mission at KiraGrace is to offer fast, high-quality shipping of our beautiful products to you. When we launched KiraGrace, we never could have imagined what our world would look like today - with the disruptions to our supply chain, and the increases in fuel and fulfillment costs. To continue to bring high-quality shipping to you, we now offer a range of shipping options on all domestic orders.
Your order will typically be shipped within 2 business days. Please make sure to check your item for pre-order messages. We offer three options for domestic delivery:
$14.95 USPS standard shipping: arrives 3 to 7 business days from the ship date
$19.50 UPS Domestic shipping: arrives 2 to 4 business days from the ship date
$29.50 2-Day UPS shipping: arrives 2 business days from the ship date
$49.50 Overnight UPS shipping: arrives on the next business day from the ship date
Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. We work hard to ensure your orders are shipped quickly and accurately, however shipping delays due to weather or other unforeseen transit delays are out of our control.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
By selecting package protection at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily reach out to customerservice@kiragrace.com and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
- Proof of damage (e.g., photos of the product and packaging) may be required for damaged item claims.
- Claims for stolen packages must include a valid delivery confirmation and may require a police report at our discretion.
- This protection does not cover delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.
- We reserve the right to deny claims based on insufficient evidence or if fraud is suspected.
*Claims for packages presumed ot be lost or not marked “delivered” must be filed no sooner than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last tracking update. For packages marked “delivered” but not received, claims must be filed between 5 and 15 days after the delivery date to allow time for recovery or misdelivery. All claims must be submitted to customerservice@kiragrace.com and apply to domestic orders only.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
When you place an international order, we will estimate shipping costs based on the weight of your order and the option you choose. DHL is our carrier for most international packages. There are two options for International Shipping:
Canada (First Class Mail International) - our least expensive international option, delivery varies and may be up to 30 days.
DHL (Express Mail International) (3-10 days) - shipping cost is determined at checkout - this is express service with a tracking number, delivers within 3-10 business days
DHL (Priority Mail International) (5-12 days) - shipping cost is determined at checkout - this is express service with a tracking number, delivers within 5-12 business days

Because we love our customers we only offer International Express to ensure you personally receive your gear. KiraGrace is not responsible for lost or stolen products once delivery leaves our warehouse and shipping fees are not refundable. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
If you refuse a shipment from KiraGrace, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to KiraGrace This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
CUSTOMS POLICY
KiraGrace cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees.
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
Our styles are HOT! Due to strong demand, select styles and sizes may be out of stock. But don't worry, we provide the option to pre-order that cutie you just can't live without! Please note that payments for pre-ordered items will be processed at check-out and are expected to ship as noted on the product detail page.
