KIRAGRACE PACKAGE PROTECTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

KiraGrace Package Protection is no longer offered. The following Terms & Conditions apply only to orders that previously included Package Protection or Shipping Protection.
Overview
By selecting Package Protection at checkout, your order was covered against loss, damage, or theft during transit. In the event of an approved claim, KiraGrace may issue a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
Coverage
Package Protection applies to:
- Lost packages not delivered within the carrier’s standard timeframe
- Damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery
- Stolen packages marked as delivered but not received
Claims & Requirements
To submit a claim, customers must email customerservice@kiragrace.com within the required timeframe:
- Lost (not delivered): File no sooner than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last tracking update
- Marked delivered but not received: File between 5–15 days after delivery
- Damaged or stolen: Report within 7 days of delivery
Additional requirements:
- Proof of damage (photos of product and packaging) may be required
- Stolen claims may require delivery confirmation and a police report
- Claims apply to domestic orders only
- KiraGrace reserves the right to deny claims due to insufficient evidence or suspected fraud
Exclusions
Package Protection does not cover:
- Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Packages left in unsecured or unsafe locations
- Normal wear and tear after delivery
Not Insurance
This is a service is not an insurance product and does not provide the same legal protections.
Liability
KiraGrace’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the covered item(s).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
By purchasing Package Protection on a past order, you acknowledged and agreed to these Terms.
