EASY RETURNS & FREE EXCHANGES

Return Policy Overview

• We offer a 30-day return window on regular-price items.
• Returns on Final Sale items are not accepted—no exceptions.
• Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery will not be processed.

Return Fees

• Free shipping labels are provided for exchanges or store credit.
• A $12.95 fee applies to other qualified returns.

Return Shipping Option

At checkout, you can choose to add a small, upfront returns fee. This gives you free return shipping on any eligible items in your order. If you decide not to add this fee, you can still return items later; you’ll simply be responsible for the standard return shipping and handling costs in effect at that time. Please note, final sale items and other store policies still apply.

If you reside in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Submit a request through our Returns Portal to begin the process.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition with original tags attached.
• Items must be purchased from KiraGrace.com. Returns from third-party sellers are not accepted.
• Domestic orders under $500 qualify for easy returns; international customers cover return shipping costs.
• Orders over $1,000 will incur a 10% restocking fee.
• Replacement orders are eligible for return as store credit only.

How to Request a Return

• Use our Returns Portal with your order number and zip code.
• You can also submit a return request through your KiraGrace account:
  • Log into your account and navigate to ‘Complete Orders.’
  • Select ‘Return Item(s)’ for the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Submit your request. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the request is submitted.

Special Cases

• Items on sale but not marked as Final Sale are eligible for exchanges only. No exceptions.
• Outfits and bundles are Final Sale but eligible for exchange/store credit within 30 days. Contact Hello@KiraGrace.com for authorization.
• Pre-paid labels for outfits and bundles are available for a $12.95 fee, or you may use your own shipping method.

Promotional Items

• Free gifts with purchase are Final Sale. If a return affects the promotion threshold, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. Opting for store credit can ensure full return value.
• Water bottles and jewelry are non-returnable under any circumstances. For related issues, please contact Hello@KiraGrace.com.

Monitoring and Policy Enforcement

• KiraGrace monitors returns to prevent potential misuse or abuse. We reserve the right to refuse service or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.

Return Inspection Policy

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, garments must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.

KiraGrace reserves the right to decline a refund or replacement if there are signs of intentional damage, excessive wear, or tampering with tags or packaging.
