Trained at the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts, Katie went on to launch Katie’s Healing Kitchen, where she teaches people how to cook with intention using whole, nourishing ingredients. From leading anti-cancer cooking classes to serving as a guest chef and wellness expert at several hotels, Katie has dedicated her life to helping others transform their health through food.
